Terms for finding
your own pace.

These Terms of Use set out the simple agreement between you and Pace when you use our website and planning tools.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pace’s website, calculator, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. Using Pace

You may use Pace for lawful personal or internal planning purposes. Please use the Service responsibly and do not:

  • interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Service except where law permits it;
  • use Pace to transmit harmful code, unlawful material, or misleading information; or
  • use the Service in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We may suspend or limit access if needed to protect the Service, our users, or applicable law.

3. A planning tool, not advice

Pace provides general educational estimates based on the information you enter. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your full financial circumstances.

Your result is a helpful starting point—not a promise that a particular spending decision is safe or right for you. Consider your own obligations and consult a qualified professional when you need tailored advice.

4. Our content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, calculator logic, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Pace and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Pace’s name, logo, or content in a way that suggests endorsement without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimers & liability

We work to keep Pace useful and available, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from decisions made using the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
